About the Presentation
Throughout the past few years, many frameworks have emerged in the field of user experience, but few appear as the topic of debate and there’s little public evidence that these frameworks are effectively being used as tools for experience design.
Crystal will also introduce several user experience frameworks she’s uncovered from the industry and facilitate a discussion on the usefulness of them as experience design tools.
You will also see examples of how she used one of these frameworks — The Experience Cycle by Hugh Dubberly and Shelley Evenson — was used as a tool to support framing, communicating and evaluating experience design.
About Crystal Kubitsky
Crystal is also a former officer of PhillyCHI and has helped to organize the annual IA Summit.
