About the Presentation
A high performing team is fundamental when crafting meaningful human-centered solutions. It’s never been more important for Experience Design practitioners and managers to cultivate a culture in the work place that not only fosters creativity but also empowers collaborative teams to reach their fullest potential in the dynamic world of User Experience.
There’s a wealth of UX knowledge, resources and perspective that Vincent will share in this fast paced and stimulating presentation targeting the following questions:
- How do we inspire, lead, and support our teams to drive high-impact solutions?
- How do we know if it’s working?
- What design and development tools, techniques and methodologies are unfolding in our industry to optimize but not stifle creativity and solving?
- Where does User Experience practice meet Software Development? Marketing? IT? … And deliver results.
